Supported by the government of licang-district in Shandong province and Qingdao city, bases on Shandong foreign trade college, covering more than 60% of Shandong provinces foreign trade enterprise users JNB and other 4 sompanies to set up the "somalls" as the QingDao Cross-border E-commerce Incubation Base. In January 15,2016,Provincial Commerce Department leaders held a grand opening ceremony. 

The ceremony was chaired by Liu Dachuan, deputy mayor of the Licang District goverment.

Li Cang District Mayor Wang Jing and PRINCIPAL Diao Jiandong on behalf of the two sides signed the "Qingdao cross-border"electric bussiness incubator base operation and management cooperation agreement.
